He has focused his area of expertise across enterprise-level innovation and brand-level go-to-market planning with many of the world’s leading healthcare companies, and he appreciates & values the opportunity to advise client-partners to address high unmet needs across therapeutic area including oncology, rare disease, and other novel approaches to devastating diseases.
In joining Nuvera, Richard brings his deep patient, HCP, and payor consulting expertise to help clients evaluate and validate strategic choices that elevate the multi-stakeholder treatment experience. His distinctive background across strategic consulting, primary market research, go-to-market planning, and digital/AI augmentation makes Nuvera/Inizio Engage the perfect environment to further his specialty product focus.

Outside of work, Richard can be found enjoying family adventures with his two sons and is always on the search for the next great travel destination. He resides in Westfield, New Jersey, a train town only a short distance from New York City.
Richard holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and has completed strategic planning programs at NYU Stern School of Business and The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania
