Blake spent several years in the non-profit sector before transitioning into pharmaceutical sales. After time in the field, he moved into an office-based role as a sales operations lead, building sales territories and compensation structures while driving team effectiveness. For more than a decade, he has worked in pharmaceutical services, designing and delivering best-in-class patient experience programs.
Blake has spent his career designing and strengthening programs that help patients access the care and support they need, while also supporting team members reach their short and long-term goals.
Blake is energized by understanding people and processes, then using that insight to solve problems and drive effectiveness. He enjoys the diagnostic side of consulting — untangling why a program’s metrics look good on the surface but aren’t translating to results, and finding where incentives are quietly working against the outcomes everyone wants.
Outside of work, Blake is a husband to Lauren, his wonderful wife, and a father to two amazing sons. He’s a longtime Carolina Hurricanes fan, and was thrilled to see them win the Stanley Cup in 2026. He enjoys hiking and grilling, and he’s a devoted Rush fan. He and his wife Lauren live in the Raleigh, NC area with their two dogs, Milo and Marvin.
