Short Professional Summary
Over 20 years in the healthcare industry supporting manufacturers in a variety of roles. These include executive leadership roles for operations and strategy within patient support suppliers, to design and operate programs that meet patient access and adherence needs. In the past five plus years, I have had leadership roles within consulting organizations that focus on uncovering strategies and solutions for manufacturers as they design the patient and healthcare professional experience for their specialty products. This includes channel, patient support, digital and field-based strategies that are orchestrated to create the full experience.

At some level, I have spent my career designing, implementing and operating programs that are intended to ease access to specialty products for patients. During that time, I have also had the opportunity to lead and develop talented individuals who have gone on to enjoy leadership roles within pharma, making a difference in patient lives.
