Hello everyone! I’m Srilekha, and I’m a consultant at Nuvera with a background in pharmacy and pharmaceutical economics. Since joining the team, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects from shaping patient services for innovative cell and gene therapies to helping optimize complex operational models. What drives me most is the ability to solutionize ways to make patients’ lives easier. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with a team that shares the same passion and zeal.

I spent a good part of my childhood growing up in Singapore and India, and my love for travel and adapting to new cultures stems from those early experiences.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Organized chaos is my sweet spot. I start every morning by laying out my day with clear goals and mini-deadlines often scribbled on a trusty post-it. Add in a steady stream of water and a lo-fi or classical music playlist, and I’m in the zone checking off tasks. If it’s a particularly packed day, I switch to the “60-minute sprint” method with breaks walking around the block that keeps me focused without burning out. Scratching everything off and tossing the post-it in the trash? Pure satisfaction

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?

Digital detoxing after 10 p.m. I spend most of my day on screens, so I’ve been trying to make a conscious effort to disconnect and recharge offline. I’m slowly trading evening scrolling for meditating, journaling, or finally finishing that book I started three months ago

What’s your go-to way to unwind?

Dancing, always! Whether it’s spontaneous Bollywood songs, a high-energy Zumba session, or practicing the grace and rhythm of Indian classical dance (which I’m currently learning), dance has always been my favorite outlet. It helps me disconnect, recharge, and reconnect with joy. No matter how hectic the day has been, a good playlist and a few minutes of movement always lift my mood

What’s a travel experience that’s stayed with you?

My first solo trip to Costa Rica will always hold a special place in my heart. I was incredibly anxious leading up to it, traveling alone felt daunting, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But once I arrived, all that fear gave way to an unforgettable adventure. I met incredible people from around the world, captured the journey in a vlog, and stepped far outside my comfort zone with some truly wild and adventurous experiences. From ziplining through rainforests to late-night conversations with strangers who became friends, the trip pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t anticipate. It reminded me how empowering it is to embrace the unknown

What’s something on your bucket list?

Backpacking through Europe has been at the top of my list for a while now. But more than just seeing the sights, I’d love to actually live with locals along the way and to truly immerse myself in the culture, traditions, and day-to-day rhythm of each place. Whether it’s learning to cook a family recipe in Italy or joining a village festival in Spain, I’m drawn to the idea of experiencing life as it’s lived, not just visited.
