While Nuvera has incorporated WFH days into our every week, long before Covid-19 forced the rest of the world to follow suit, we’re always looking for ways to provide our team with flexibility in effort to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our first ever WFA- ‘work from anywhere’ week was a great success with the team getting their work done from the beaches of the Long Island shore to the falls of Niagara and all the Ohios, Chicagos, Missouris in between! The ability to have less structured days meant Disney for some of us, and Japan for others. Is it July yet? Because we are ready for WFA week number 2.
